As a growing independent brand, many of our products are made to order or sourced specifically for customer orders. This helps us reduce waste and focus on quality over mass production.

Processing Times

Please allow up to 40 business days for your order to be processed, produced, and delivered to us from our supplier before dispatch.

While many orders may arrive sooner, processing times can vary depending on product availability, production schedules, and shipping conditions.

We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been received and processed by MGC, shipping timeframes are typically:

Australia

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (where available)

Tracking Information

Pre-Orders

Products purchased during a pre-order period may have extended processing times.
