How long does delivery take?

All orders are pre-order. Please allow 3–4 weeks from the date of your order for your items to be dispatched. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

As all items are made to order, please review our Refund Policy before purchasing. We comply with Australian Consumer Law and will always honour your rights as a consumer.

How do I know what size to order?

We offer both oversized and regular fits. Please refer to the size guide on each product page to find your best fit.

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured to order and shipped directly to us before being dispatched to you.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once production has begun we may not be able to accommodate changes.
